Born in England, Zoë`s Love for Japan started when she met her Japanese husband at an event in London. Soon after, graduating from university with a degree in Fashion & Textiles, she spontaneously decided to move to Japan for Love! Having lived in Tokyo now for more than 25years with her husband and two daughters, and a design career that spans from international corporate to local Japanese has given her deep insight into the Japanese culture and society. Enabling her to explain everything “quintessentially Japanese” from an international perspective. Zoë`slove for finding something unique or off the beaten track has led her to travel for inspiration, so when a career change came a few years back and a friend asked if she would guide someone that was visiting Tokyo, she jumped at the chance to show them all the charms and idiosyncrasies of the capital city and beyond. From exploring the hidden alleys of Tokyo’s backstreets, to the art of Kintsugi in Kyoto, Zoëcaters to a client's personal needs and preferences, so that they feel like they are travelling with a friend or family member; making memories that last a lifetime. When not guiding, Zoë love`s to travel, be creative in any way she can and spend precious time with her family.
