"Zoë & Kentaro were recommended to us by another industry professional, and what an incredible favour she did by connecting us.  They went above and beyond to facilitate what was easily the trip of a lifetime for our four-person group's inaugural trip to Japan.  Zoë is the most personable and accommodating travel planner we have used anywhere in the world, and Kentaro's patience and willingness to go the extra mile makes an enormous difference in a country like Japan where additional effort legitimately yields better results.  We had a fairly complex itinerary and everything went off without a hitch, every bit of transportation was exactly in-place and on-time (not to mention extremely luxe).  Our restaurant reservations were all seen to beautifully with my very problematic (shellfish) allergy communicated in a way that never had us feeling any anxiety at all.  They went above and beyond in curating and booking the best experiences and private tours, and that's not even to mention what an absolute pleasure it is to spend time with both of them.  I wish we could count on their caliber of service and friendship in every country we visit, but that will just have to be another special thing about Japan."
